Parcels are despatched using UK MAIL. We will try and despatch your order within 3-4 working days with the exception of custom made items which can take longer.
We will inform you of time scales when you place your order with us.
UK MAIL will require a signature when your order is delivered. Please ensure you have your parcel delivered to somewhere you know someone will be around to sign for your parcel, for example a relative, neighbour or place of work.
